The President's Judgement

Hi all,

WOW!!! CONGRATULATIONS on an amazing event everyone. As President I am so very proud of our Club for what was achieved today after several months of uncertainty about name and timing and track conditions, hard work and hope for it not to rain!! I am so grateful to be associated with so many dedicated and inspiring people who continually make a difference in our community, with today showing what we can achieve together - a brilliant event which raised substantial funds for those in need - Monash Medical Cancer Centre for children. I take this opportunity to thank and congratulate John toot toot Henderson for his lifetime, hard work and constant enthusiasm; his committee of legends plus me, our members who just always step up, our members’ partners and children, former members, Rotarians from other Clubs, friends, Rotary partners and sponsors and no doubt many others.

I am looking forward to hearing more Tuesday night and celebrating with you all.  And also hearing from Tracey I can see clearly now Bannister - should be a lot of fun.

So should we wind down now for Christmas? No chance, as this Saturday the Market is back - our last market for the year and as it’s the Christmas market which will be bigger than … KFRWPB!!!

Yours in Rotary,

Marcus Adams
