PUFFING BILLY KIDS FUN RUN
Ken thanked Chris McLeod & Tina for the amazing work they have been doing visiting so many different businesses and have received vouchers from. Chris is also working at Tesselaar Tulip Festival and she has been given permission to hand out our Flyers for the Kids Fun Run.
Also acknowledged the work that Rowan and Linda, Chris McLeod again. Ian Wakefield. Tina, Jess and Sue for their time at the Puffing Billy Visitor's Centre promoting our event. Also, Graeme who had his conductor's uniform on and handed out the flyers on the train. We've got really good feedback. Well done to everybody.
Saturday 20th we have a barbecue organised by Tina and Chris again.
At Daryl Lee's Chocolate Shop in Wellington Road. This is the first time they've done this. They've given it a lot of publicity.
They've even advertised it on TV. We hope that there will be a fair few people there.
The funds generated on the day from the sausages will benefit the Rotary Kids Fun Run and an opportunity again to promote. I think we're alright now for numbers. Thank you for those that have volunteered to work on Saturday.
