Dear friends,
 
As we enter the last month of the Rotary Year, I was privileged to assist our District Governor Elect, Emma Clark, with the induction of Anne and Courtney Clowes at our annual 'Rotary Revealed' night. Anne and Courtney are longstanding members of our community and I applaud their enthusiasm and commitment to help Rotary 'do good in the world.' Please join with me in welcoming both to our club. 
 
We also took the opportunity to award Ebony Dasler with a McLeod Murphy scholarship. Ebony is in her fourth year of her degree and our scholarship will assist with her final year of study. Ebony joins a long list of scholarship awardees and as a Rotary Alumni, we wish her all the very best with her career and will continue to keep in contact as a future prospective member!
 
Our Golden Hour Cafe is now well underway and I would encourage all members to assist the cafe with donating any memorabilia that will help our cafe attendees and carers over the coming weeks and months. Please reach out to Kris and Sally if you have any queries. 
 
This week, we'll hear from Kerry Nicholl, so please come along to the Paradise on Tuesday night for another informative & fun meeting.
